by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart arr. wind orchestra by Leo Gyer

Duration: 6'

The 25-year-old Mozart composed 12 variations for piano on the French folk song Ah! vous diraj-je, maman, a melody first appearing in 1761 and later used for many children’s songs including Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star. In this arrangement the theme and ten of the variations have been re-imagined for wind orchestra.
